Andrew Melendres, Principal & CEO

Andrew has spent his career helping business and organizations "do better" with their current level of resources. He has worked with and for Fortune 50 companies, as well as colleges and universities across the county. Today he chooses to focus his work now today on small and medium sized business that can see significant increases in outputs as a result of his work with them. Andrew has worked with more than 20 different companies across healthcare, manufacturing, and technology, as well are more then 50 colleges and universities, both domestically and internationally. 

Andrew earned a BA from the University of Texas at Austin as well as an MBA in entrepreneurship from the Rawls college of business at Texas Tech University.
